Ships Time

Orders received will be processed the next working day and to be arranged for shipping within 1-2 working days via Gdex.

Shipping Coverage

Orders are shipped within Malaysia and International.

Shipping Cost

We are charging RM10 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM18 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
International shipping varies with countries. Kindly check with us through Whatsapp +6012 678 1057.

2. Refund Policy

Order is non-refundable.

3. Return Policy

We offer a 3 days exchange period (from received date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to mfbygcdc@gmail.com. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 3 working days.

To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to: ML Life Sdn Bhd. 2nd Floor, No. 58, Jalan Murni 4, Kawasan Prindustrian Murni, 81400, Senai, Johor.
